Castello Chiola - set in an impressive - stately castle dating from 887 enjoys a fantastic location on top of a hill - around which nestles the medieval village of Loreto Aprutino. The hotel restaurant - Il Celliere - is set in the former stables of the castle and has a wonderfully historical atmosphere - some of the old pieces of furniture displayed here were found during the last renovation of the castle. Here guests can enjoy traditional and Mediterranean cuisine at its best - perhaps before retiring to the soft and cozy atmosphere of the bar - a perfect place to relax. For large parties and events there is a separate ballroom and dining hall decorated in classic style with green and white marble floors and cream and white painted walls.
