1890”, a reference haute-cuisine restaurant in the Sorrento peninsula.

world-over undisputed genius of Mediterranean tastes.
An enchanting harmony is created by the restaurant’s modern and
contemporary style and the elegant 19th century atmosphere of the hotel,
which is situated in the heart of Rome’s exclusive Parioli neighbourhood, in
front of the Villa Borghese Gardens.
Architecturally designed to complement the surroundings of exotic garden and
aquatic serenity, this new restaurant features windows overlooking the park,
resulting in a luminous dining space. In the evenings, guests enjoy the
