The former stables are now a Gourmet restaurant which offers traditional
regional dishes to start from the “fritto misto alla Piemontese” or
first courses «fondue» and truffle dishes and, to finish, the wonderful
amaretto desserts all accompanied by selected local wines, among which a glass
of the sweet "Passito di Calusï".
Furthermore, there is a restaurant by the pool operating during the summer
months.
