Relais Palazzo di Luglio Sas

The Palazzo di Luglio is made up of a main building and three annexes, all restored keeping the original features by use of the exposed stones, roof beams and brickwork. The Relais is surrounded by 12 ha of olive groves and an age long park so that it's an ideal place for everyone who is looking for a quiet place and wants to enjoy the landscape, art, history, gastronomy offered by Tiberina Valley. As soon as you arrive, you will certainly notice the perfect harmony of the buildings with the nature that surrounds them. The Palazzo di Luglio Relais is made up of a main building of 700 and three dependences (Seccatoio, Fienile, Frantoio). In the main building are located: the reception, halls to Relax, wine Cellar, wine bar and on the first floor four Suites (one of them is reserved for handicapped people) made up of a Living Room, a Double Bed Room, a Bathroom with shower. The whole building has been restored using original features and materials.

The Hotel is located in Tuscany and it's 3 km from downtown Sansepolcro birthplace of Piero della Francesca. The Relais is on the top of a hill and it overlooks the Tiberina Valley.

All the Suites have been restored paying attention to the littlest detail. The elegant and sophisticated furniture gives to each Room a style that matches with the sobriety of the 18th Century context without forgetting the comfort. Each suite is made up of a Double Bed Room, a Living Room, a Bathroom with the Shower, there are also the Air conditioned, Safe, Satellite TV, Mini Bar and Telephone.

All our guests can use the Swimming Pool with a diving board and a Big Terrace to relax at the sun. There are many paths in the age long park to take beautiful walks and Mountain Bike tours around the Tuscan hills. The passionately fond of Fishing and Surfers can find their ideal place in artificial Montedoglio Lake. In Antognolla (S. Giovanni del Pantano-Pg) there is the Castello di Antognolla Golf Club with nine holes. Nearby there are also many Horse Ridings.

The restaurant DA Ventura is near the Civic Museum of Sansepolcro at three minutes by car from the Relais. The restaurant is a typical Tuscan place where to taste and enjoy the Tiberina Valley specialties: white truffles, Home made pasta with porcini and ovoli mushrooms, Florentine steak, pork and many kind of Home made Cakes and Cookies with Tuscan Vin Santo. The extra virgin olive oil used to dress the food is made by the oil mill located in the Palazzo di Luglio Relais.
