Mauro has an impressive 26 year long career, together with his staff he revisits regional Italian and Elban dishes, using seasonal ingredients according to market offer.

The guests can enjoy the dining room, garden restaurant, or pool restaurant and bar for a light meal throughout the day.

Dinners can also be served at the pool restaurant.
