The property comprises both a large Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a small guest house, and has recently been bought by a well-known Italian interior designer. Lavacchio has been restored and furnished to the same high standard as Fontanelle and was completed in 2000. This property is particularly spacious and well lighted. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

Montalcino (nearest village with shops, PO) is easily found in 12 km. You can visit Siena in a distance of 60 km and Grosseto (coast) in 50 km.

This impeccable villa disposes of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people, plus 5 hosted in the Guest House.
