Linked to the Palazzo Vendramin is the newly restored Palazzetto Nani Barbaro. This elegant, historic Building offers to the guests the atmosphere of a private home with De Luxe Apartments and Private Butler Service and breathtaking Views of St. Marks Basin and the Doge's Palace.

The Traditionally Decorated Suites and Junior Suites in the Palazzetto Nani Barbaro have Views either towards the Doge's Palace and St Mark's, or over pleasant Gardens and Historic Buildings.

The Apartments & Suites have Kitchenette and Mini Bar. The Bathrooms are Luxuriously fitted with precious marble and stucco. Some of the Apartments have Private Terraces or Gardens and Jacuzzis.

Cip's Club has been inaugurated recently on the Ground Floor of the Palazzetto Nami Barbaro, the new annex of the Cipriani, which is located on the Giudeca Canal, next to the Palazzo Vendramin. Its service is informal as is its food - very Italian and regional. It also serves afternoon tea, ice cream and pasties. The highlight of the new Restaurant is a floating Terrace with the most beautiful View facing St. Marks Square.
