Created by British Designer, Anouska Hempel, The Dylan Amsterdam is now established as totally unique, the model for the Fashionable small Hotel around the world.

The celebrated hotelier, Anouska Hempel opened the Dylan in Amsterdam in 1999 in an exceptional 17th century landmark.

Anouska Hempel's newest Hotel, The Dylan Amsterdam , is located on the Keizersgracht in the heart of Amsterdam, set back from the canal amongst four elegantly restored 17th century buildings.

The Dylan 's Restaurant is well known for blending both classic and contemporary cuisines from the East and West. The superb menu contains dishes of Italian and Thai flavours, an architectural cuisine of striking Zen harmony. The culinary delights of the meeting between East and West exist in lunch, dinner and or well-known afternoon tea. The Dylan 's Restaurant and the Long Gallery are open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday.

The Dylan Amsterdam also features a Bar and every Sunday the welcomes you in the Long Gallery for a brunch or traditional high tea.
