Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow's dining venues, lounges and bars promise to become a
source of inspiration. Café Ararat features authentic Armenian
specialties created from ingredients delivered directly from various regions of
Armenia. The restaurant is a replica of the historical Café Ararat, a landmark
of Moscow during the 1960's. The Gallery offers an elegantly
warm but informal atmosphere with special emphasis on innovative European
cuisine. The elegant Neglinka Lounge offers comfortable seating
and efficient, friendly service in the contemporary atmosphere of an open atrium
serving refreshments throughout the day. For the most authentic Japanese
selections in Moscow, Enoki serves freshest of sushi and
sashimi specialties along with signature rolls, wraps and other light dishes. On
the 10th floor is the Conservatory Lounge & Bar with
panoramic views over the city, a magnificent venue for secluded business
discussions, evening cocktails and fine desserts.
Sunday Dining
The sumptuous brunch buffet is impressive with its sushi and seafood
selections, fine European cuisine, premium wines, French cognac and champagne.
Cold appetizers include fresh oysters, parma ham with melon, tiger prawns, an
assortment of smoked fish, salmon tartar and dozens of vegetables, meat, and
seafood salads.
For sushi lovers there is a splendid choice of assorted a la minute made nigiri
and sushi rolls. Even after such splendid starters, the main courses are hard to
resist: lamb rack with sesame crust, sword fish with red pepper sauce, seafood
lasagna, veal medallion, chicken curry and sauteed vegetables to name but a few.
Following this lavish buffet you will be amazed by the imagination of our pastry
masters who cater for a variety of tastes such as melting cakes for those with a
sweet tooth and fresh fruit cocktails for fitness enthusiasts.

Café Ararat
At ground level, the Café replicates Moscow's Café Ararat of the 1960s,
considered one of the city's gastronomic landmarks. Decorated with marble
columns and carvings based on ancient Armenian culture, its decor is
particularly enhanced by the abundant natural daylight flowing in through the
floor-to-ceiling windows. Cafe Ararat specialises in traditional Armenian
cuisine. Open from 12.00 noon till midnight, seating up to 70 guests.
The Gallery
Located on the first floor, the hotel's main restaurant serves breakfast,
lunch and dinner in a stylish but informal setting. Sunday Brunch is served from
noon till 5 p.m. The restaurant specialises in innovative European cuisine.

Enoki
A modern, minimalist Japanese sushi bar, incorporating traditional organic
finishes, such as beechwood flooring and black granite surfaces, complemented by
a dramatically lit glass ceiling, rising high above the restaurant. Authentic
Japanese bar serving sushi and sashimi specialities, as well as signature rolls
and wraps, miso soups and other light dishes. Seating for 23 guests.
Neglinka Lounge
Located at lobby level and forming part of the atrium, Neglinka Lounge is
the hotel's main lounge, a spacious and comfortable area bathed with natural
daylight. Coffee, tea, light meals and beverages are offered throughout the day.
Conservatory Lounge & Bar
Located on the hotel's 10th floor and directly under the wavy glass ceiling of
the atrium, the Conservatory Lounge & Bar offers panoramic views of the
Kremlin, the Bolshoi Theatre and the Duma Parliament building, through
floor-to-ceiling windows. An extensive range of beverages, light meals, pastries
and cocktails are served from mid-afternoon to late in the evening, allowing
guests to relax while enjoying a spectacular view of the nearby landmarks.
