Tradition, innovation and the best produce make the Restaurant Lorea at the
Gran Hotel Gvadalpin Banús a reference of Basque and Mediterranean cuisine.
The Restaurant Abanda is set in unsurpassable surroundings with a
pleasant terrace by the Mediterranean Sea and offers its guests a gastronomical
feast based on rice. Its large menu with more than 100 different types of rice
from the five continents covers African to Oriental dishes as well as the
traditional seafood paella or vegetable risotto.
The Restaurant L’Ambasciata, originally from the Italian town of
Quistello and possessing two Michelin stars, found at the Gran Hotel Gvadalpin
Banús an excellent location by the sea.
Its menu offers connoisseurs succulent gastronomical combinations based on
artisanal pasta following traditional Italian cuisine recipes albeit with hints
of avant-gardism and creativity.
