innovative and attractive menu. Head Chef Sergi Ruiz and maître
d´, Ferrán Verdejo will delight you with culinary art and
service. A must visit for gourmets. The transforming traditional
dishes and recipes with the latest trends, searching a world of sensations to
please all your senses. Its decoration, its high level of cuisine and excellent

In the Esmarris fine dining restaurant, with 52 seats, a wide selection of
international and regional dishes are served. Private dining is possible in the
Raco de la Calma dining room and its terrace.

Cala Morisca Pool Bar
The Cala Morisca Bar, with spectacular
views on the 4 outdoor swimming pools, is an oasis of peace and quietness. Its
name refers to a beach on the Garraf seaside. During summer days, you can relax
under the umbrellas placed on the impressive terrace along the poolside. At
lunch time, Tapas and other dishes will be served, and in the evening, the bar
will be transformed into an intimate terrace as an extension of the Esmarris
Restaurant, with a capacity up to 72 persons.
