de España: This a la Carte Restaurant serves
Spanish Mediterranean cuisine in an informal, cosy atmosphere, whilst enjoying
the splendid views over the Plaza de Espana. Besides the a la Carte menu, the
Chef offers a lunch menu, which is changed on a daily basis and prepared with
the best fresh produce from the market. In 1999 the Restaurant was chosen as the
best Bass Hotels & Resorts' (now

Restaurant by the members of Priority Club Worldwide. It was given
the Best Dining Experience of the Year 1999 award.
