Le Restaurant
The Grande Dame of the restaurants at the Palace, people enjoy
glamorous nights in this unique setting.
- Conservative, requires dress code at dinner, maintains
international and traditional French cuisine throughout the season.
- The seating capacity is over 300 covers.
- Buffet Breakfast with a Harpist entertaining and daily set
Dinner served throughout the whole season.
Breakfast in summer is served at Le Relais due to the
terrace offering splendid views.
- It will also continue to be the venue for classic dinner

Nobu @ Badrutt's Palace (only
during Winter)
The restaurant consists of one bar area, two dining areas as
well as one private function room and a walk in wine cellar.
- Colourful Belle Epoque interior design - the Relais
accommodates small and large parties offering space for up to 120
covers.
- The restaurant will be operated by a management team of
Nobu (Europe).
- Nobu at the Badrutt's Palace has become one of the

Matsuhisa, better known as 'Nobu', has for the last ten years gained

offer his unique 'new style' cuisine combining traditional Japanese

Tiradito, Black Cod with Miso and New Style Sashimi, amongst others are

Renaissance Bar
Renaissance Bar is the cosiest bar in St. Moritz offering
classic and innovative cocktails at all times of the day.

well-known barkeeper is certainly among the attractions.
- The Renaissance Bar is famous for the best Bellini in St.
Moritz! But this is not the only speciality of Mario; he is also

Le Grand Hall
The Grand Hall is the hotel's greatest asset in terms of

designer Maurizio Argenti and a simple spin on contemporary French
Cuisine from Executive Chef Frédéric Breuil.

Acapulco
The Acapulco is open all day until 8pm.
