The Café du Lac proposes its home made specialties such as fresh pastas,
risotti, and antipasti, the tastiest and the most original in Montreux, thanks
to the creative talent of Chef, Fabrice Taulier. Perch Filets, Steak Tartar and
Escalope Viennoise are part of A la Carte Chef suggestions. The Café du Lac is
the place to be, gathering with friends or family, but also ideal for lovers,
its terrace opening directly on to the lake promenade, for your best
contentment.
La Croisette
The hotel’s gourmet restaurant, with it’s exclusive terrace, will delight
you with a symphony of culinary creations under the direction of the executive
chef, Fabrice Taulier. Freshly caught sea-food and fish from Lake Geneva,
typical flavors of the Riviera Vaudoise are among his many specialties… A glass
of local or internationally –acclaimed wine will complement your choice and
enhance a truly memorable dining experience.

Sunset bar
With it’s wall to wall windows for wonderful views of Lake Geneva and the
Savoy Alps, spend some time here to enjoy the wide range of home made pastries,
cocktails and tapas, accompanied in the evenings to the resident pianist,
according to the program. Happy Hour from Monday to Friday from 06.00 to 07.00
pm. Jazz ambiance on Mondays and Thursdays and Russian ambiance every Friday
night.
