designed with care and are complemented by fine wines from the hotel's
extensive cellar. The Main Bar is located leading from the Great Hall,
opposite the Garden Restaurant.
Garden Restaurant: A restaurant totally
dedicated to the highest ideals of traditional English cuisine with a degree of
modern interpretation and influence, the newly refurbished Garden Restaurant
exudes a splendid atmosphere of quality and grace. The best quality ingredients
produce a richly varied menu and beautifully crafted dishes, which invariably
include a roast, carved at your table. Rediscover these past pleasures and

Restaurant seats 180 guests.
Mirabelle Restaurant: The Mirabelle brings
you cuisine at the cutting edge. The Mirabelle has been a consistently highly
praised entry in The Good Food Guide since its opening in 1989 and is judged to
have the highest rating for cooking in Sussex in 2004. The eight out of ten
rating was equalled or bettered by only 14 restaurants nationwide. Other
accolades include two red AA rosettes and four RAC dining awards as well as
being included in the BBC's Olive Magazines top 100 restaurants. The Mirabelle
Restaurant seats 50 guests.
