Food & Beverages
Executive Chef John McManus has a reputation for using only the best
ingredients available to produce an imaginative and individual style of cuisine
at Anderida Restaurant. This method retains all the qualities of
classical cuisine, whilst complementing it with a modern approach to preparation
and presentation of each dish.
Food is bought locally or from the markets of London, using primarily English
ingredients. Should you prefer a dish not highlighted on the menu, do not
hesitate to ask. The Hotel's Chef will be delighted to accommodate your
requirements.
