Pascal Even - Executive Chef at Le Meridien Piccadilly :

Trained and nurtured by renowned French chef Michel Rostang, Pascal still collaborates with the great man to ensure the menus at the Terrace continue to represent the finest in contemporary French cuisine. Pascals passion for food initially saw him leaving school to take up a job as a waiter, but he soon realized serving food was not enough. He trained in Paris before working at the Michelin two star Restaurant, Le Grand Vefour and after three years in Anguilla, returned briefly to Paris before joining the Terrace at Le Meridien Piccadilly.
