Right on the beach of Rendezvous Bay, of the island Anguilla.

Anguilla is 17 miles long and 3 miles wide at it's widest point.

The capital of Anguilla is The Valley where Wallblake Airport is located.

Blowing Point located on the southern coast of the island has a ferry terminal with ferries on the half hour to St. Martin.

The ferry ride takes about 20 minutes.

The 93 rooms range from Luxury guest rooms & Penthouse suites, all with ocean views. In the main building, the oversized Luxury guest rooms provide a large bedroom and living area with marble bathroom and private patio. Junior & Luxury Suites are located in the beachfront villas, as well as the one- and two- Bedroom Suites, which offer additional private terrace and outdoor shower.

One Bedroom Suite

Penthouse 2000

This grand accommodation offers privacy and exceptional views. Located in the Main Building, this 3300 sq. ft. penthouse suite boasts a master bedroom with marble bath, two additional bedrooms with private baths, living room and full kitchen. The 1,000 sq. ft. terrace overlooks the pool, beach and sea.

Penthouse 2001

This lavish 3,600 sq. ft. penthouse suite in the Main Building provides maximum privacy. Bask in the sun on your secluded 4,000 sq. ft. sundeck or relax in your private Jacuzzi. Inside, you will find a large master bedroom with two elegant baths, an additional bedroom with bath, an office suite or additional third bedroom, a large living room, full kitchen and dining room. Outside, terraces offer inspiring views of the pool, the beach and the sea.

Transportation

Air service available to Anguilla’s Wallblake airport. There is also a 20-minute boat launch available from the Saint Maarten Airport or public ferry service from Marigot, St. Martin.

Tennis Program

The Anguillan Tennis Academy's International Program

The Anguilla Tennis Academy is a nonprofit grassroots program dedicated to providing the highest quality tennis instruction to Anguillian, Caribbean and international youth.

The ATA is committed to developing healthy minds and providing educational opportunities for children through the sport of tennis. The academy was founded on the principle of using tennis as a vehicle to reach and empower children and to equip them with the skills and knowledge to become responsible citizens of their community.

At CuisinArt Resort & Spa, the Tennis Director is hand-picked by the president of the ATA, Mitchelle Lake. The ATA believes in teaching individuals, not systems. Therefore you can select from a variety of options to meet your particular tennis needs.

Options Free beginner clinics are offered every Tuesday for people who want to work on the basics, or even those who have never picked up a racquet before!

The Tennis Mixer every Wednesday evening is also free and a great way to meet people and just have fun. Drill Workouts on Wednesdays are available for anyone who wants to hit lots of balls and get lots of exercise!

For more advanced players, an Intermediate/Advanced Clinic provides tennis tactics and strategies every Friday.

Tennis Matchup System If you’re at CuisinArt without a tennis partner or a racquet you can still play tennis. The Tennis Matchup System is available.

Mediterraneo - The Poolside Restaurant

• Breakfast & Juice Bar 7:30 am – 10:30 am

You can stay in bed and sleep the morning away, but eventually you’ll get hungry. Don’t get up! Enjoy real French pastries – baked just before you wake – delivered directly to your bed, or head down to Café Med. The signature breakfast menu, and the fresh juices and smoothies from the juice bar, let you make every morning one of a kind. For a little extra eye opener, try one of the special morning cocktails.

• Lunch 12:00 noon – 4:00 pm

During midday sun, the lunch menu provides the perfect break from the beach and the heat. Enjoy a glass of wine and a light lunch, or indulge in a little more. Salads grown right here on the resort grounds speak for themselves, offering the phenomenal freshness that will bring you back again and again. The brick oven pizzas have quite a reputation already, and the panini are building one, too! There is definitely something for everyone here.

The lively, modern Mediterranean brasserie isn't just for lunch anymore. It features a modern brasserie menu with inspiration from the mediterranean, Spain to France to Italy and Greece. With specialties roasted in our professional brick oven, homegrown hydroponic tomatoes and beautiful Parma hams, every meal is a real culinary experience.

Santorini Restaurant

Enjoy sophisticated island cuisine at the elegant Santorini, recently awarded the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award. The Sommelier and an internationally recognized wine cellar provide just the right pairings for an exceptional culinary experience. Whether you dine on the terrace or inside, you’ll feel quiet luxury resonating throughout the evening. For a delicious journey through the culinary world, try the Chef's tasting menu.

• Lobster Buffet Barbeque Tuesday 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

This continental buffet covers plates from around the world! Start out with salads and dips, appetizers, the main dishes will please every palate, and of course it includes the live hot Grill Lobster station! The dessert station overflows with delights. Live music by local talent creates a festive atmosphere.

• Caribbean Barbeque Friday 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

This delectable buffet includes a selection of Caribbean fare! Flavored salads along with a live hot Grill Lobster station, fried fish and johnnycakes, jerk pork, spit roasted chicken and more! The dessert station offers creations by the Pastry Chef to crown the evening's indulgence. Live music by local talent creates a festive atmosphere.

• Chef's Table Monday, Thursday

The Chef's Table is located in Santorini restaurant's private dining room. This exclusive food and wine experience will feature a six-course menu that incorporates the freshest of ingredients from the resort's own hydroponic farm and organic gardens, each course prepared with a creative modern approach by the executive chef. All courses are paired with wines specially selected from the resort's extensive wine cellar.

• Hands-on Luncheon Monday, Thursday 11:30am to 1:30pm

Learn the secrets of the Chefs at a hands-on lunch. Start by picking your produce, then work alongside one of the Chefs. You will prepare a 3-course lunch for you and your guests. Enjoy your meal on the Terrace with fine wine to complement the Cuisine. Space limited to 8 participants. Please book 24 hours in adavance.

Wine Cellar

Wine Testings Monday, Wednesay, Saturday

Located in the Santorini Restaurant, this 3,600-bottle cellar is stocked with vintages from around the world. The wine tastings invite you to experience a variety of fine wines and learn a little about the origins and vintages, with a tasting based on a selection of 3 fine white, red and rose wines. Maximum 8 people per tasting.

Lobby Bar 10:00 am to 1:00 am

Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this convenient and comfortable bar. Sample one of the signature cocktails or try something new from the extensive rum selection. Live Music happens nightly, from 8.00pm to 10.00pm.

Experience traditional Spanish tapas from a totally unique perspective. These small plates are perfect for a late lunch, an afternoon snack, or accompanying pre-dinner cocktails.

Beach Bar 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Happy hour from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm daily
