Shipley's: Breakfast and dinner are served in the rustic ambience of Shipley's. Marvel at the massive ironbark beams and cast iron pillars retained from the days when this was a bustling wool trading floor. Breakfast served daily. Dinner served Tuesday to Saturday.

JB's Bar and Grill Laid back JB's Bar & Grill is the hotel's very own pub. Have fun cooking your own lunch or dinner on the unique stone grills. Or simply relax with a coffee, cocktail or a game of pool. Open daily from 11am to late.
