Guest Rooms

Junior Suites

The luxurious two-room Junior Suites are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel. These rooms are luxuriously furnished with a separate lounge and dining area, king-sized master bedroom and have access to the Regency Club® Lounge. All 1st floor rooms have balconies.

Executive Suites

Executive Suites are comfortable and spacious, offering the benefits and luxury of two rooms. The bedroom features a king-sized bed with feathered duvet and provides a relaxing environment to help you rest and rejuvenate. The living space is perfect as a working area with a large desk and sufficient space for small meetings, or alternatively as a leisure setting to spend casual hours. The separate bath and shower facilities provide additional convenience, while the bathrobes and bathroom amenities, give an extra touch of luxury.

All Executive Suites are located on the top two floors of the hotel in the exclusive Regency Club. In the Regency Club Lounge, overlooking the Swan River, guests can enjoy free of charge continental breakfast in the morning, all day coffee, tea, cookies and pastries and evening cocktails and canapés.

Executive Spa Suites

The new Executive Spa suites have been created to meet the needs of guests requiring more luxurious facilities. In addition to the king-size beds and extra space, each suite features a spa with bath salts from the Dead Sea and a living room with expansive balcony overlooking awesome views of the city and Swan River. The Australian outback meets an African safari with the décor of natural colours and materials mostly purchased from Western Australia but with international influences.

The Presidential Suites have panoramic views of the magnificent Swan River, Kings Park and South Perth and are located on the top floor of the hotel in the exclusive Regency Club®.

Gershwin's

Gershwin's is Hyatt Regency Perth's award-winning signature restaurant, projecting a stylish, elegant ambience reminiscent of a 1930s Manhattan apartment and displaying a contemporary art-deco style with authentic thirties background music.

Gershwin's features three dining areas: the Main Restaurant itself, the Wine Room and the Private Dining Suite.  Gershwin's specializes in innovative cuisine using premium local and Australian produce, complemented with an extensive wine selection.

Gershwin's offers an array of special events including Winemaker's Dinners, Champagne Dinners and Musical Evenings.

Joe's Oriental Diner

Located on the street level of Adelaide Terrace, Joe's features a sumptuous array of dishes from Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore - each prepared in a spectacular open kitchen. The meals are inexpensive and each carries a 'chilli coding', indicating whether they are spicy or mild.

An abundance of wood, natural brick and terracotta creates a rustic ambience enhanced by a collection of authentic Asian antiques and works of art. Coupled with a casual, bustling and friendly atmosphere, this helps recreate the spirit reminiscent of the original Joe's Oriental Diner - a legendary noodle house in Singapore.

Fully licensed, the restaurant serves a selection of fine wines and beers.

La Strada

In the style of a European coffee terrace, this is a casual dining area located on the lower Lobby of the hotel. It is designed for guests to either dine in or take away and features mainly light lunchtime snacks of sandwiches, freshly made gourmet rolls and a wide range of coffees, teas, pastries and beverages.

Cafe

Cafe at Hyatt Regency Perth offers guests a casual dining ambience and the flexibility of à la carte or buffet dining. Cafe features mountains of mouth-watering seafood, salads and a delicious assortment of hot and cold dishes. Located on the Lobby level of the hotel, the restaurant features an open display kitchen where guests can watch the specialties of the day prepared in front of them.

Cafe is known for its signature dishes, especially the Chef's 'Icky Sticky Pudding' - a great hit with all the guests and the most popular item on the dessert buffet. Equally delightful is the sinfully tempting range of dessert items, fruits and cheeses which make any decision difficult.

Conservatory

The magnificent Conservatory Lobby, with its unique sandstone water fountain and impressive glass dome ceiling, is the centrepiece of the hotel.

The fountain, complete with sandstone elephants, was created by well-known West Australian sculptor and artist Brian Simmonds. The free-flowing water creates a perfect venue for a relaxing midday meal or a quiet afternoon tea.
